Little Whale Therapy LLC is looking for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home- and childcare center-based speech, language, and feeding therapy to children. This role serves families through the Illinois Early Intervention Program as well as private pediatric clients. We prioritize collaborating with families as a primary component in the therapeutic process. We are committed to your professional growth. Position Requirements
Master’s Degree from an ASHA-accredited program
Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing
Early Intervention Specialist credential, or willingness to obtain.
Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team
Experience and understanding of child-led, play-based, responsive intervention
Experience with feeding evaluation and therapy preferred
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Position Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop goals, and provide evidence-based treatment interventions for children.
Participate in the Early Intervention Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, including attending meetings, communicating with team members, evaluating outcomes, and writing reports.
Independently manage a caseload and schedule.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
